Our latest 2 disc CDr release by the Scottish psych/folk outfit Kitchen Cynics is now available for pre-order. This two disc CDr set is Alan’s newest and arguably some of Alan’s best work to date. He wrote and recorded both discs over the winter of 2009/2010 specifically for this CDr series. We feel lucky and honored to be part of this wonderful collection of beautiful music. Glass Trees related-side-project-band New As Youth have a new FREE digital 45 available on the Faun on a Lawn blog. They gave me the nod to mix one of the tracks. Not only was it a pleasure, it was a breath of fresh air. Perhaps Transparent will be releasing a full length CDr of Glass Trees on our CDr series. We’ll keep you posted on that. In the meantime,  check out this download and trek out to see them at Maxwells in Hoboken on Friday April 16th and/or April 29th at the Yippie Museum in NYC.
